Pigeons Farm is a Children’s Activity Farm at Wisbech Road, Thorney, Peterborough.PE6 0TD.
Location/Description:
The farm consists of 28 acres of mainly grassland and barns where families with children can get close to farm animals and learn about their breeding and rearing. We have a large range of animals and birds that you would expect to see on a traditional farm. We encourage the children to touch the animals and sometimes help to feed them. We also have a large play area- indoors and outdoors to entertain the children. A barn has been converted to a café and shop where hot and cold lunches and snacks are served. We serve mainly home cooked food and welcome visitors to just eat even if they do not wish to visit the farm area.
From March to October we are open 7 days a week 10-4 (5.00pm when clocks change)In winter we close Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
